The Research LampPost is 50% black owned and managed. Over 50% of our staff at all levels are from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. We are committed to developing our staff from within and currently three of our staff are on SETA based learnerships. We also encourage and support our staff who are participating in tertiary studies part-time.
