On the quantitative side we offer:

· Telephone interviewing: We have developed a Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing system, which incorporates a number of benefits. All the operator needs to do is read off the screen, the system prompts when probing required and routes to the correct questions, the questionnaire can be setup so that the interviewer can toggle between different languages during the interview, results can be processed instantly. This all helps to ensure high quality data for the projects.

· Field interviewing: We can conduct face to face interviews anywhere in South Africa, including deep rural. We match the profile of the interviewer so that they are suited to the project they are working on. All field work has in field supervision in place.

· Email and Web based surveys: In certain circumstances this can be a very effective and relatively inexpensive method of conducting research.

· Mystery Shopping: A very popular technique for ascertaining service levels, we have a database of over 250 active shoppers all around South Africa, Namibia and Botswana. All mystery shops are phoned through to our call centre and processed on line so the feedback you get is fresh. We deliver most individual mystery shopping results on the day they happen.

On the qualitative side we offer:

· Focus groups: Put your customers in a room. Add a moderator. Probe. Find out what they really think. Our moderators always match the profile of the group.
· In depth interviews: Sometimes the best information can come from an in depth one on one interview.

When it gets to reporting and analysing:

· We utilise the latest research and statistical techniques to mine the data.
· We provide insight into the data and how to use it.
· We have a number of “interactive electronic reports” we developed in Excel to make the numbers more visual and easier to access.
